Lost keys, new keys and lock installation
If you have a lock and no key, I can make one. If you need a lock that isn't there yet, I install it.
Lost keys, and keys that don't work
I make keys for the locks on homes and businesses. If the key you have doesn't work, I'll pull the lock and make a better key. Realtors call me for exactly that when the keys to a listing don't work.
I duplicate keys too. And if a key breaks off in the lock, I can get it out.
I don't make car keys.
Deadbolts and new locks
I install deadbolts and new locks on the doors you already have. I don't install doors, but I do install new hardware.
Installation covers both: swapping the lock you have for a new one, or drilling the door for a lock that isn't there yet, like a deadbolt on a closet door.
If a part has to be ordered
If a part has to be ordered, there's no second service call charge.
