Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This website belongs to A.S.A.P. Lock Specialist, a locksmith business owned and operated by Jeff Slama in La Quinta, California. Here is what happens to the information you give me.
What I collect
If you use the request form, I get what you type into it: your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, your city, the kind of work you need, the time you asked for and any details you add. If you call or text me, I get your phone number and whatever you tell me, the same as with any call or text.
What I use it for
I use it to call, text or email you back, to schedule the job and to do the work. I don't sell your information. I don't share it for advertising. I don't add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
The request form reaches me as an email, so your request passes through the company that hosts this website and the company that provides my email. The website also keeps a copy of each request on its server, so a request isn't lost if an email goes astray. You can ask me to delete it. Like most web servers, the hosting company's server keeps a standard log of visits, such as the IP address, the browser and the pages requested. To keep spam out, the form also limits how often one connection can send a request.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and buttons people use. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and information about your device. I don't use it to identify you. The site does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have from you, or ask me to delete it. Call or text (760) 409-0969, or email asaplock@msn.com.
Children
This site is for adults who need a locksmith. It is not directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
