A locksmith for realtors, property managers and communities
Most of my work comes from accounts and referrals: local realtors, private communities, vacation rental managers and home warranty companies. If you send people to a locksmith, or need one you can call again and again, here is how I work.
Realtors
Keys to a listing don't work? I'll pull the lock and make a better key. When your buyers close, I rekey the house so the old keys stop working. Ask me about the new homeowner discount for them.
Property managers and vacation rentals
- Rekeys when a tenant moves out.
- Lost keys when the season starts.
- Smart locks and keypads for Airbnb and VRBO rentals. The Schlage Encode is my favorite, and I install Kwikset too.
- Doors that start sticking when the season starts.
- Marshal evictions. I meet the marshal or your agent, open the door and secure the property.
Private communities
I work for private communities here in the valley. For a community I can take care of mailbox and cluster box locks, lockouts, rekeys and lock repairs.
